YW on the R.U.N.

Driver Forms: If you are driving any YW other than your own children you need to have a Driver form filled out and turned in to Vivie Amador by May 31.

HR4 form: Must be turned in to Jeff Nicks ASAP

Reg/Med Forms: Must be turned in to Vivie Amador by May 31.

Temple Trip: We are not having a separate YW Camp Temple Trip this year.  With the Temple closure the month of July and trek the end of June there wasn’t time to schedule a separate trip.  We are encouraging YW to attend the already scheduled YW/YM Temple Trip on June 14^th beginning at 6pm.

Pre-Camp Fireside: July 21 Petaluma Building at 6pm.  All Adult Staff are invited.  Please wear a white shirt for the Value faith.  The Fireside will be in the Cultural Hall.

Camp Fee:  If you have not paid your camp fee please turn this in to your ward ASAP.

Health Check: Sunday July 21.  This is MANDATORY for all ADULTS and YW going to camp per State of California and Camp Liahona.  Please attend your wards Health Check.  It has to be done 24 hours before camp.

RP2 beginning at Noon in the RP Building

NOV beginning at Noon in the NOV building

PET 2 beginning at Noon in the Pet building

PET 1 beginning at 2pm in the Pet building

SR beginning at Noon at the San Rafael building

RP3/4 beginning at 3:30pm at the RP building

Sendoff: July 22 10:30am at the RP building.  If you are planning on going up early you must let Amy Smith know in advance.
